Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Protouch Staffing
Job Title
Provide support to our Personal Lines Department
Assist client's with policy changes and billing questions
Act as a liaison between clients and our insurance companies
Process policy changes, cancellations, and file claims
Assist clients with billing inquiries and payments
Update client information
Answer and direct phone calls
Quote new Accounts
Various duties as needed
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Two or more years of relevant experience in an office environment
Experience with office programs and technology including Microsoft Office and Google
Ability to obtain Minnesota Property and Casualty Insurance Licensure within first month of hire
