This bank pays more on the base and has reasonable bonuses and an exceptional retirement plan.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to increase loan origination and deposits within the assigned marketOversee and manage the performance of loan officers and other staff membersFoster strong relationships with key clients and referral partnersStay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policiesHelp with current and future growth and expansion needsEssential Job Functions:Originate retail and commercial loans, meeting, or exceeding sales targetsProvide guidance and support to loan officers, assisting them in closing complex loan transactionsCollaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processingConduct market analysis and identify areas for business expansionRepresent the bank in various community and industry eventsMust Have Skills and Experience:20+ years of experience in originating commercial real estate and commercian and industrial loans in a banking setting in the region mentionedProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (though this isn't a churn and burn company, not publicly traded)Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulationsYour confidentiality is assured.
