We're hiring a Shipping Operator for a growing manufacturing company in Oldsmar. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have experience with shipping, inventory, or warehouse operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Shipping Operator
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments
• Verify orders for accuracy before shipment
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and inventory records
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet shipping deadlines
• Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping paperwork preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
