30hop Lee’s Summit, MO is looking for Servers to join our team! Since opening our first location in Iowa, we’ve continued to expand across the Midwest with a commitment to exceptional hospitality, great food, and creating opportunities for our team members to grow professionally. Fully trained Servers earn $7.50 per hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. Schedule: Shifts range from 4–8 hours depending on availability. Weekend availability is required, with a strong need for servers who can work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Full-Time Benefits (Available to employees averaging 35+ hours per week) Paid Time Off starting at 2 weeks annually, increasing with tenure Medical insurance with 30hop Group covering 50% of the premium Dental and vision coverage options 401(k) plan with discretionary employer match for eligible employees Benefits for All Team Members 25% dining discount for you and up to seven guests Employee Assistance Program offering six counseling sessions per issue, per year 25% discount at more than 25 Craft Concepts restaurants throughout Iowa, Omaha, Kansas City, and Missouri for you and one guest (Sunday–Thursday) Employee appreciation events and celebrations What You’ll Do Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Guide guests through menu selections and answer questions about food and beverage offerings Accurately enter orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards Anticipate guest needs and ensure an enjoyable dining experience Address concerns professionally and help resolve issues quickly Maintain clean and organized dining areas Reset tables and assist with side work, stocking, and opening or closing duties Process guest payments accurately Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not required Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus Must obtain Iowa alcohol server certification (I-PACT) within 30 days of hire.
