Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will be diverse and impactful. You will provide individual therapy sessions, as well as couple and family counseling. Daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients’ emotional and psychological needs, and developing tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating supportive therapy sessions for couples dealing with relationship challenges, including communication difficulties and conflicts.
\n
• Addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, domestic conflicts, and adjustment difficulties following separation or divorce.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual and group settings to promote healing and understanding among family members.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure continuity of support for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing unique challenges. Your focus will encompass:

• Supporting clients navigating complex family dynamics, including blended families and sibling rivalry.

• Assisting individuals suffering from job-related stress and other mental health issues.
\n
• Promoting effective communication among family members and helping them establish healthy boundaries.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n
