HEAD OVER HEELS (HOH) — FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE / ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST Matawan, NJ At Head Over Heels, we are not “selling classes.” We help families find confidence, community, and the right program for their child. We are looking for a high-energy, organized, people-first team member to join our Matawan office as a Full-Time Customer Service / Enrollment Specialist. This role is part customer service, part relationship-building, part enrollment support. You’ll help guide families through questions about our gymnastics, ninja, dance, and preschool programs while creating a warm, confident, high-level experience from the very first phone call or text message. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Answer inbound phone calls from families inquiring about programs and enrollment Respond quickly to texts, emails, website or pipeline leads Help guide families toward the right classes and programs Schedule trials, tours, and introductions to the gym Give occasional tours of the facility Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using our internal pipelines and CRM systems Maintain organized communication and accurate records Work closely with leadership and coaching teams to create an A+ family experience WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Strong communicator with a positive, confident personality Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day Organized and detail-oriented Friendly, calm, and professional under pressure Able to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using software systems, texting platforms, and customer pipelines Sales/customer service experience is helpful — but relationship-building and communication matter most THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR SOMEONE WHO: Enjoys fast-paced environments Communicates clearly and confidently Can balance warmth with accountability Wants to be part of a positive, growth-oriented team culture ABOUT HEAD OVER HEELS: Head Over Heels is one of New Jersey’s premier youth sports and child development organizations serving families through gymnastics, ninja, dance, preschool, camps, and events.
