This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale integration initiatives, helping drive modernization, compliance, and API-led connectivity across critical banking applications.The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft development, API integrations, Java technologies, and enterprise service architecture. This role requires someone who can proactively identify technical improvements, support scalable application development, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and integration solutions using MuleSoft ESBBuild reusable, system-agnostic integration components and servicesDevelop and support SOAP and REST-based web services across enterprise platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and compliance readinessParticipate in application modernization and API-led connectivity initiativesWork with Java-based technologies including Spring and Hibernate frameworksPerform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of integration applicationsSupport CI/CD and deployment activities using tools such as Maven and JenkinsContribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and best practice implementationPartner with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions on scheduleWhat We're Looking For12+ years of experience in software development and enterprise integration5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft ESB development experience (Mule 3.9.x, Mule 4.4 or higher)Strong understanding of SOA principles and integration patternsExperience developing SOAP and REST APIsProficiency with Java, Spring, Hibernate, XML, XPath, and XQueryStrong understanding of SQL and relational databases; Oracle experience preferredExperience with Maven, Jenkins, and Bash Shell scripting is a plusExposure to Rational Team Concert is preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentCompensationHourly Rate: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.Benefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, paid vacation time, paid parental leave, and paid holidays as applicable.About UsAt Collabera, we don't just offer jobs—we build careers.
