Customer Account Manager

Remote – North America
$90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits
50-60% Travel Across North America

We're recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Representative / Account Manager to join a leading OEM machinery manufacturer supporting customers across North America.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industrial machinery experience who enjoys building customer relationships, supporting aftermarket sales and travelling to customer sites.

What You'll Do

• Build and develop long-term customer relationships across North America
• Travel regularly to customer sites (50-60%)
• Act as the primary contact for parts, service and aftermarket support
• Identify opportunities for spare parts, upgrades and maintenance projects
• Prepare quotations for parts and service work
• Coordinate with Engineering, Service and Sales teams to deliver customer solutions
• Manage customer enquiries through to completion
• Maintain CRM records, quotations and sales opportunities
• Provide customer feedback to improve products and service levels

What We're Looking For

• Experience as an Account Manager, Customer Care Representative, Aftermarket Sales or Technical Sales professional
• Background within industrial machinery, OEM equipment, food processing machinery or industrial automation
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Experience preparing quotations and managing customer enquiries
• Comfortable discussing technical products with customers
• CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Willing to travel 50-60% across North America
• Valid driver's license
