As a Technical Program Manager on the Cloud AI Security and Abuse (CASA) team, you will help us safeguard users, protect the integrity of our platforms, and ensure the responsible deployment of AI products at global scale. In this role, you will lead complex initiatives dedicated to building the foundational defenses that prevent the misuse of generative models and agents. By steering these critical cross‑functional efforts and directly engaging with key internal and external clients, you will ensure we create a safe, secure, and trusted experience for enterprises and users. Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities: Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional programs across Cloud AI to deliver critical product protections and mitigate emerging threats in generative and agentic AI. Act as a key liaison for enterprise clients, understanding their unique security requirements and ensuring our defenses shield customers and users from harm. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer‑facing escalations related to Cloud AI abuse, providing timely and transparent communications regarding incident response and mitigation strategies. Coordinate and drive the rapid response for high‑priority AI security incidents, and track the implementation of sustainable long‑term solutions.
