Clinical Research Coordinator I (On-site/ Raleigh) Position Description: The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) works under the guidance of the clinical research site management and Principal Investigator (PI). The CRC manages, supports, facilitates and coordinates daily clinical trial activities, playing a critical role in the conduct of the study. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist trial investigator in screening and reviewing potential study participants for eligibility Maintain case report forms, charts, and documentation Mentor, train, and oversee other clinical research coordinators and research assistants Ensure all clinical activities comply with established research protocols, standards, and applicable regulations Collect and enter study data as required Assist management with recruitment for new hires and shadowing processes Assist with study start‑up, maintenance, and close‑out as needed Maintain flexibility with study assignments Qualifications Clinical Research Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience Phlebotomy experience highly preferred Ability to learn quickly, read and understand complex protocols, follow detailed directions, and multi‑task Must maintain strict confidentiality of patients, employees, and company information at all times and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Extensive clinical trial knowledge through education and/or experience Successful completion of GCP Certification; Advanced CRC preferred Detail‑oriented and familiar with the Code of Federal Regulations related to human subject protection Strong interpersonal skills Benefits Competitive wages 401(k) and 401(k) matching Disability insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr M3USA
