Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. At least two years of experience in program support, project coordination, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a nonprofit, government, or educational program environment. Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
