IT Business Analyst Specialist
Software Technology Inc
Business Analyst • Must have at least 7 years of BA experience, out of which minimum 4 years of Agile requirement writing experience
- Soft Skill Must Haves: Should have strong communication skills and analytical skills
- Can interface between business and technical teams
- Understands the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Should be experienced with tools such as Jira for requirement management
- Should have strong communication skills
- Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should be able to mock up user interfaces for requirement clarification
- Should be able to generate process diagram, flow diagram, etc., to illustrate requirements
- Prefer good System testing skills. Should be able to help with manual testing when needed to validate requirements.
- Financial Industry and Capital Markets business knowledge a big plus
- Experience with Cloud projects a big plus
