Assistant Manager location_on Foodie's Corner - Liberty Hill schedule Full-Time The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of Foodies Corner. This role serves as the leader on duty in the absence of the Store Manager and plays a key role in maintaining store standards, developing team members, and kitchenvering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities check_circle Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations and department activities check_circle Supervise and support team members and kitchen staff during assigned shifts check_circle Open and close the store according to established procedures check_circle Assist with receiving kitchenveries and verifying order accuracy check_circle Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions in a professional manner check_circle Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels; assist with ordering and receiving check_circle Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld throughout the store and kitchen check_circle Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and shift coverage coordination check_circle Train new team members on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards check_circle Assist with completing daily paperwork, cash reconciliation, and sales reporting check_circle Perform regular inspections of the store, kitchen, and grounds to ensure cleanliness check_circle Support the Store Manager in discussing staff performance, store maintenance and general feedback check_circle Step in across departments as needed to maintain smooth store operations check_circle Enforce loss prevention policies and report any discrepancies to management check_circle Ensure lottery, tobacco, and alcohol compliance regulations are followed Requirements arrow_right 1+ year of supervisory or retail experience preferred arrow_right Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team arrow_right Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays arrow_right Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) arrow_right Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Foodie's corner
