We are seeking a Global Account Director to join our global Agency commercial team, where innovation knows no borders. This team builds strategic partnerships with major enterprise customers, turning market insights and travel technology into commercial success. It connects Sabre's solutions directly to client objectives so corporate travel agencies can scale, innovate, and serve their markets with confidence. As Global Account Director, you will lead one of Sabre's most strategic global corporate travel agency customer accounts. You will own executive-level relationships, drive joint account strategies, and ensure high-impact solution delivery aligned with business objectives. This role requires a strong customer focus, project management capability, and the confidence to navigate complexity while influencing cross-functional stakeholders. What you'll do Lead strategic global corporate travel agency customer initiatives to drive revenue growth and account retention. Develop and execute customer-focused account strategies that deliver long-term commercial value. Build executive relationships across internal and external teams to align solutions with business objectives. Partner with product, technology, operations and commercial leadership to deliver tailored customer solutions. Use analytics tools and automation to monitor performance metrics, improve account planning and accelerate delivery. What you'll bring Minimum 10 years of experience in agency distribution, customer success, project management or commercial roles in travel tech. Deep domain expertise in corporate travel agency operations and travel technology solutions. Proven track record of building executive relationships and executing growth-focused account strategies. Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional product, technology and operational teams.
