What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative and operational support to education and events teams. Manage the creation and tracking of purchase orders, diligently adhering to all approval processes. Oversee the ordering and monitoring of products necessary for education programs and various events. Coordinate the gratis program from request through tracking and distribution. Assist in the planning and logistical execution of in-store activations, seminars, and special events. Support the coordination of schedules, materials, shipping, vendor communications, and on-site requirements. Maintain meticulous records, trackers, and calendars, proactively following up on open items and deadlines. Facilitate effective communication with internal partners and external vendors to ensure timely project execution. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, or a related role, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry. Demonstrated strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising principles. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team. A profound passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
