Dermatology Front Desk & Patient Flow Coordinator
UCLA Health
UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica is seeking an administrative support / patient care assistant to coordinate patient flow and assist in scheduling in the Dermatology division. The role involves registering patients, collecting copays, and ensuring smooth outpatient operations.
The position requires strong organizational, cash-handling, and communication skills, as well as experience with scheduling systems and basic PC tools. Travel to Dermatology sites may be needed.
