- Balance and prioritize workload across the team to meet project schedules and shifting program demands while managing to budget and headcount.
- Partner with operations, manufacturing, program management, and construction/integration teams to align facility engineering scope with customer needs and program milestones.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables; ensure appropriate involvement of licensed professional engineers (PEs) and adherence to signed-and-sealed requirements where applicable.
- Support capital planning, project scoping, and resource forecasting for facility expansion and modification efforts.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard engineering talent to scale the team in line with growing demand.
- Travel between sites as needed to support the team, engage stakeholders, and assess systems and projects in the field.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including experience in facilities, building systems, or industrial MEP design.
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
- Demonstrated technical breadth across two or more MEP disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process piping).
- Experience managing distributed or multi-site teams.
- Strong understanding of applicable building codes, standards, and the design/construction lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience in aerospace, semiconductor, industrial, or other complex manufacturing/test environments.
