Automotive Service Technician

Experienced Automotive Technicians Wanted

$5,000 signing/relocation bonus available.

Close enough to Chicago for the fun. Far enough away to enjoy life.

Looking for a shop where there's actually work to do? Let's be honest. You didn't spend years learning diagnostics and repairs just to sit around waiting for dispatches, arguing with parts, or wondering if there will be enough hours this week. You got into this business because you like fixing things, solving problems, and making money. Good news…We have the work. You bring the skills.

Why Consider Joliet? Joliet gives you the best of both worlds. Close enough to Chicago for Bears games, concerts, restaurants, and all the city excitement…But far enough away that when you're off the clock, you can enjoy a peaceful evening, take a walk in the park, go fishing, hit the trails, or simply sit outside without hearing sirens every five minutes. Basically…you get all the benefits of Chicago without needing to live in Chicago.

So What's the Deal? We're looking for experienced technicians who take pride in their work and want to work in a shop that actually supports them. Not just with words. With work, equipment, and people that make your life easier. Here's what we're offering:

• $5,000 signing bonus
• Plenty of work
• Beautiful, clean facility
• All the tools you need
• The best parts department in South Chicagoland
• Service advisors who actually understand the business
• Continuous training and career growth
• Competitive union pay with GM 125% dealer match money available

What kind of technician are we looking for? Someone who:

• Takes pride in their work
• Wants to stay busy
• Enjoys being part of a team
• Doesn't mind helping others
• Understands that comebacks are bad for everybody
• Still believes fixing cars should be rewarding

Ready for a change? Look, no shop is perfect. Cars still break. Customers still have questions. And yes…someone will occasionally forget to put the special tool back where it belongs. But if you're looking for a place with plenty of work, great people, a clean facility, and management that respects technicians, we'd love to talk.

Send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. Let's build something great together. And if your idea of a perfect weekend involves fishing, grilling, golfing, boating, or simply enjoying life outside the shop…You'll fit right in.
