Join our healthcare partner in Des Moines, IA, where you‘ll be part of a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility. This role requires a skilled RN who can both scrub and circulate, with experience in a variety of surgical cases, including general, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma. As a vital member of the team, you‘ll be expected to float across multiple campuses, ensuring comprehensive care for all patients.

• Perform both scrubbing and circulating duties in the operating room
• Manage patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical systems efficiently
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide top-notch care
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Current Iowa or compact state RN license
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• Experience with EPIC systems within the last 3 years
• Previous travel assignment completed within the last 15 months
• Trauma Level II experience required; Level I experience highly preferred
• Experience in general, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma cases required
• Additional experience in neurology, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, ENT, and vascular cases highly preferred
