RaySecur is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to advance our operational excellence in Finance. As our General Accountant, you'll partner across multiple functions — playing a key role in keeping our finance, customer success, and HR processes running smoothly while helping our teams grow and succeed.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of the full Accounts Payable cycle—accurately enter invoices, resolve discrepancies with care, and ensure vendors are paid on time.Build and maintain strong relationships by keeping vendor and customer records clear and up to date.Prepare and submit invoices to customers, manage collections, and support our customer success team tracking and securing contract renewals.Support our financial operations by recording journal entries and assisting with general ledger reconciliations.Open and organize incoming mail, deposit checks, and ensure all transactions are recorded with precision.Support benefits enrollment, compliance, payroll and HRIS platforms, as needed.Projects & CollaborationSupport special projects and initiatives assigned by the Accounting Director.Qualifications:Highly proficient with QuickBooks.Min. 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.Strong MS Office skills - advanced knowledge of Excel.Excellent customer service (internal and external, solutions-focused), high level of attention to detail, and professional communication.Organized, collaborative, and adaptable to shifting priorities.Our CultureWe foster a collaborative, down-to-earth environment where people take pride in their work, care deeply about one another, and are encouraged to grow.
