**Job Title:**Precision Medicine Executive, Rare Blood Disease Tri-State Location: Remote, US **About the Job:**The Precision Medicine Executive, Rare Blood Disease is a field-based commercial role focused on encouraging diagnostic testing and enhancing patient identification for systemic mastocytosis and future precision medicine therapies within Sanofi’s portfolio. This individual will partner with key accounts, diagnostic laboratories, and cross-functional Sanofi teams to support disease education, testing adoption, and account-level execution aligned to business and patient needs.
