Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. QUALIFICATIONS Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Ready to learn and grow professionally.
