Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented talented Bookkeeper to help manage the financial records of our business of over 52 years.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial data and transactions
- Categorize expenses and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with monthly and year-end bookkeeping
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Coordinate with external accountant during tax preparation
- Maintain Home Improvement Licenses
Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably with non-corporate business
- Familiarity with AccountEdge or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional handling of confidential financial information
- Experience with ADP payroll
