Lead PMM, Narrative & Content

Role Description

Apollo is on a mission to make world class GTM accessible for everyone. We're hiring a Lead PMM, Narrative & Content to own that gap. This is a true PMM + content hybrid: you'll work with Apollo’s exec team to build narratives that break through the noise to position Apollo as the default AI native system for GTM teams. You’ll also own operationalizing that narrative by owning the content strategy that gets this narrative into market.

• Drive the perception shift.
• Build and execute the strategy that moves Apollo to "AI-first GTM platform" in the minds of upmarket buyers, analysts, and the broader GTM community.
• Run the company content engine.
• Set the editorial POV, prioritize the bets, and ship the work — original research, defining frameworks, exec thought leadership, blog flagships, video, podcast moments.
• Operationalize narrative into launches.
• Partner with product PMMs to map product to narrative.
• Be the ghost behind exec voice.
• Own the strategy and (sometimes) the words for CEO, CRO, and CMO social, keynotes, and high-stakes external moments.
• Translate technical into magnetic.
• Build the proof point machine.
• Scale yourself with AI.
• Measure the vibe shift.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product marketing experience at B2B SaaS, with a clear spike in narrative, positioning, and content.
• You write — not "can write when needed" — you write.
• Cross-functional translator.
• Strong POV on AI go-to-market.
• AI-native operator.
• Builder mentality.
• Distribution sensibility.
• High agency, high bar.

Requirements

• You've led a pricing & packaging or platform-level repositioning before.
• You've worked at a company that successfully shifted upmarket.
• You've built or ghostwritten an exec social presence that drove real business outcomes.
• You've gone viral in the B2B space.
