- # DescriptionHayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of GainesvilleOur goal is to build a team where every salesperson averages 22 vehicles per month, and we provide the training and support to help our team reach that level.If you have worked in retail, hospitality, athletics, customer service, or another people-focused role, you may already have the skills needed to succeed in automotive sales.Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Gainesville is building a small, high-performance sales team.We intentionally keep our staff to 10 salespeople or fewer so each team member has real opportunity to succeed.Automotive sales is competitive, fast-paced, and performance driven.
