Remote Health Records Intake Specialist

We’re looking for a dedicated Entry-Level Health Records Intake Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing , supporting health systems with organized and timely record intake.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced administrative work and wants to build foundational experience in health information. You’ll gain hands-on experience receiving digital documents, validating file formats, logging record requests, and preparing information for downstream teams — with full guidance from mentors who understand every step of the intake process.

What You’ll Do

Receive and log incoming health records
Check documents for completeness and legibility
Organize files for review and processing
Communicate with providers for missing records
Maintain strict confidentiality
