Requirements: RN license; BLS
Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to trauma and orthopedic patients in a hospital setting.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and hourly rounding to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage post-operative knee, hip, and shoulder replacements, trauma, and neuro overflow cases.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including documentation in Meditech and unit-specific guidelines.
• Utilize advanced skills such as ortho experience, telemetry, and NIH procedures as required.
