We are seeking an experienced and passionate Multi-Unit General Manager to lead two successful casual dining concepts for a highly recognized and respected restaurant organization.

What You’ll Do

As the Multi-Unit General Manager, you will provide leadership and operational direction for two restaurant concepts while creating a culture of accountability, hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.

You will:

• Lead and develop the management teams across both restaurants.
• Build a strong, positive, people-first culture where team members feel valued and supported.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop future restaurant leaders.
• Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant execution .
• Create memorable guest experiences and build strong relationships within the community.
• Drive restaurant sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, scheduling, and other key financial metrics.
• Establish clear expectations and hold leaders accountable for results.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, service, and profitability.
• Partner with company leadership on initiatives, growth plans, and restaurant development.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the restaurants and the company within the local community.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a leader who combines strong restaurant operations experience with a genuine passion for people and hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Successful restaurant management experience, preferably in casual, polished casual, or full-service dining .
• Previous multi-unit leadership experience or experience leading a high-volume operation with multiple managers.
• A strong track record of building and developing successful teams .
• Excellent guest-service and hospitality standards.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing restaurant P&Ls.
• Experience driving sales while controlling labor and food costs.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be visible and engaged in both restaurants.
• A passion for creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and have opportunities to grow.
