What Youll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems.
- Install, configure, and calibrate automation systems, including PLCs.
- Conduct proactive inspections and tests to identify potential problems.
- Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance issues efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout.
- Document maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a maintenance millwright apprenticeship or equivalent training.
- Strong technical skills in automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven experience in welding.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing machinery and equipment issues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and arc flash safety.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
