ON-SITE INSIDE SALES

PLEASE NOTE: All candidates must currently reside near Waco, Texas.

Inside Sales Position Base salary plus uncapped commission. If you're driven by results and motivated by earning potential, this role offers the opportunity to significantly increase your income through sales performance. There is no commission cap, and your success directly impacts your earnings. We anticipate that after 18 to 24 months commissions earned to be the largest part of the compensation.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative with five or more years of industrial or waterworks sales experience to join our energetic team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with prospective and existing customers to promote our products and services. Your enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and ability to build lasting relationships will help drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Plus uncapped commission over your base (should be the largest part of compensation)
• Build a territory, defined customer base existing and new customers, monthly recurring revenue

Responsibilities

• Ability to understand industrial products and develop in-depth knowledge of the products and industry
• Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calling, nurturing relationships and identifying sales opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer support and client services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate data entry of customer information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM systems
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear, professional, and positive communication at all times
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions when necessary

Experience

• Previous call center experience or inside sales background is preferred; however we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in sales roles
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Proven ability in customer service or support roles with a focus on client engagement and relationship building
• Familiarity with CRM, computer office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; comfort with computer systems and data entry tasks
• Experience in outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales environments is advantageous
• Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer interactions
• Basic analysis skills for interpreting sales data and generating insights
