Als Creative Strategist (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Konzepte entlang des gesamten Creative-Prozesses und prägst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Brand.

  • Verantwortung für den Creative-Prozess für die Top Brands in DACH
  • Erstellung von Skripten für Organic Content, Werbeanzeigen und Kampagnen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Foundern
  • Analyse der KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Assets
  • Top 1% Creative Training im Wert von 100k€+

Qualifications

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media Marketing – idealerweise im Agentur- oder Brand-Umfeld
  • Gutes Gespür für Social Media Trends & Best Performer
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und echtes Gespür für Menschen
  • Volle Verfügbarkeit und den Willen, die Extrameile zu gehen
