Volt is immediately hiring Administration Receptionist in the San Fernando Valley!

As an Administration/Receptionist you will:
- Expedite and process sales orders internally.
- Customer support: Provide confirmation receipts and estimated ship dates, give order status, process credit card orders and RMA's.
- Handle incoming phone calls.
- Scanning and maintaining sales documents and customer files in Pentagon.
- Perform other administrator tasks as required.
This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity. Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7am - 4:30pm / Friday: 7am - 11am
Pay Rate: $20-23/hr
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience in administration or receptionist
- Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Aptitude to learn our ERP system and other search and data programs
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
