You'll own critical sourcing workstreams from day one and have direct impact on the tools, services, and partnerships that power our business.What You'll Do:Lead end-to-end RFx processes — including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs — from requirements gathering and supplier identification through evaluation, selection, and awardOwn the contract renewal lifecycle across assigned categories, proactively managing timelines, surfacing risks, and driving favorable outcomes before deadlines arriveBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to the business on purchasing decisions and supplier performancePartner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and business unit leaders to align sourcing strategies with company priorities and budget targetsConduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses to inform sourcing decisions and negotiate better valueIdentify and implement improvements to purchasing processes, policies, and workflows that reduce cycle times, increase compliance, and improve the buying experienceCollaborate with leadership to surface data-driven recommendations on vendor rationalization, spend optimization, and high-impact sourcing initiativesEnthusiastically leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline sourcing workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock new efficiencies across contracting, supplier evaluation, and spend analysisWho You Are:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field3+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related functionHands-on experience running RFx processes and managing vendor negotiations across indirect or technology spend categoriesFamiliarity with procurement and ERP systems and a willingness to become a power user of our internal tooling is a plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to build cost models, evaluate supplier proposals, and translate data into clear recommendationsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, drive workstreams independently, and deliver results in a fast-moving environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and vendors through data and sound business judgmentSelf-starter with a passion for process improvement and continuous learning, comfortable working independently and collaborating across time zonesAbility to work in a hybrid environment, with in-person attendance required three days per week at our Austin Domain officeThis description is intended to serve as a summary of key duties and responsibilities and may not contain a comprehensive list of activities .(Pay Transparency: $71,400.00 - $120,750.00 USD)#LI-RA1Compensation TransparencyThe national base salary range for this role is posted above in this job post.Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications and geographic location.
