About the Role / 岗位介绍
Our Ad Sales team develops and closes advertising partnerships. Once an order is confirmed, you will take ownership of its delivery. You will turn the agreed commitments into an execution plan, coordinate the teams involved, check that each item is delivered as promised, and close out the order with clear records.


广告销售团队负责开发客户并达成合作。订单确认后，你将负责后续履约：把已约定的广告权益转化为执行计划，协调相关团队逐项落地，核对交付结果，并留下清晰完整的结案记录。

What You’ll Do / 工作职责
Take over confirmed orders. Review each order with Ad Sales and clarify the agreed placements, dates, creative assets, and other deliverables before work begins.


完成订单交接。与广告销售团队核对已确认订单，明确广告位置、投放日期、素材及其他交付要求；信息不完整时，在执行前及时澄清。
Keep delivery on track. Build and maintain a checklist for each order, with clear owners, deadlines, and status updates.
跟进履约进度。 为每笔订单建立执行清单，明确负责人、截止时间和各项交付内容的进展。
Coordinate execution. Work with Design, Marketing, Product, Operations, and local City teams to prepare assets, complete approvals, and launch placements on time.
协调广告落地。 与设计、市场、产品、运营及城市团队协作，推动素材准备、审批和广告按时上线。
Verify what was delivered. Check live placements against the order, follow up on outstanding items, and retain appropriate proof of delivery.
核验交付内容。 对照订单检查实际上线情况，跟进未完成事项，并保存截图、投放记录等交付证明。
Resolve issues early. Identify delays, missed placements, or other discrepancies; coordinate a solution and promptly inform Ad Sales when a client commitment may be affected.
及时处理问题。 发现延期、漏投或交付不符时，推动相关团队解决；如可能影响客户承诺，及时同步广告销售团队。
Close out each order. Compile delivery results and available campaign data for client reporting, and maintain accurate records of completed work.
完成报告与结案。 整理交付结果及可用的投放数据，支持客户报告，并维护准确的订单结案记录。

What You Bring / 任职要求
Experience in ad operations, advertising execution, campaign coordination, client delivery, or a related role.


具备广告运营、广告执行、项目协调、客户交付或相关工作经验。
Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several orders and deadlines at once.


做事有条理、注重细节，能够同时管理多个订单和截止时间。
Clear communication skills and the initiative to follow an issue through to resolution.
沟通清晰，能够主动跟进问题直至解决。
Confidence using spreadsheets and collaboration tools to track timelines, deliverables, and completion records.


能够熟练使用表格及协作工具管理排期、交付事项和结案记录。
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English is required.


必须能流利使用普通话和英语进行口头及书面工作沟通。
Experience with platform advertising, merchant advertising, or local commerce is a plus.


有平台广告、商家广告或本地生活业务经验者优先。
