• Resolve customer issues or complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
