Your Impact What You’ll Do Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ Reports to: Senior Vice President, Global Site Strategy & Expansion Execute global facilities and real estate strategy aligned to enterprise growth and geographic expansion. Oversee acquisition, construction estimates, expansion, consolidation, and disposition of global facilities. Develop, manage, and track global facilities operating and capital budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities. Support M&A activities through facilities due diligence and integration planning. Partner cross-functionally to support manufacturing operations, R&D labs, distribution centers, and front office environments. Drive facilities-related business continuity planning and operational readiness. Develop and maintain global real estate portfolio and develop policies, standards, and governance frameworks. Coordinate with external real estate partners to develop letters of intent (LOIs) and favorable lease terms What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. 15+ years of progressive global facilities leadership experience. Strong knowledge of global real estate portfolio management and commercial leasing regulations. Experience managing facilities across manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, and enterprise office environments. Demonstrated success leading large-scale construction and capital projects. Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and capital planning. Experience supporting high-growth, acquisitive, or enterprise-scale organizations. Experience operating in regulated, government-contracted, or public safety environments preferred. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills. Work Location This role is based out of our Phoenix, AZ location. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Mondays through Fridays.
