Electrical Engineer – BESS (Ontario, CA – Hybrid) The Electrical Engineer position is a hybrid or Onsite position depending on the department requirement, and it plays an important role with this rapidly growing company. This is a very dynamic and fast‑track position reporting to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager inside the service engineering group. The position will be the key member of the service engineering team and it is a highly technical customer‑facing role. Field Service Technician – PV (Albuquerque, NM – On‑site) This role supports areas of field Service operation within Sungrow USA related to commissioning, warranty, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the expanding installed sites in the region. Reporting to the regional field service supervisor, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning support of PV inverters and ancillary equipment/systems, usually at the customer’s site or at a staging yard/warehouse. This position will comply with the Safety Mandate, “ZERO HARM,” to ensure safe and efficient work and operation of the facility for all personnel and equipment. Strategic Key Account Manager (United States – Remote) Strategic Market Expansion: Lead the business development and market penetration of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) solutions within the North American Data Center (Hyperscale/Colo) and Global Enterprise sectors. Own the revenue targets and market share growth. High‑Stakes Account Hunting: Identify, target, and secure Tier‑1 strategic accounts. Build and maintain high‑level relationships with C‑Suite executives and technical decision‑makers at Strategic Accounts. Solution Evangelism: Act as the primary technical and commercial lead to promote next‑generation BESS solutions, positioning the company as the “Gold Standard” for mission‑critical power infrastructure. R&D Strategic Alignment: Serve as the critical feedback loop between the market and R&D. Drive product roadmap enhancements by translating complex customer pain points into winning technical requirements.
