Join A Large Public Healthcare Organization

This role plays a key part in driving recruitment efforts, partnering with leadership, and ensuring a strong pipeline of diverse talent.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidate pools
• Conduct candidate pre-screening and assist with interview processes
• Manage and track job postings and candidate submissions using electronic systems
• Maintain and update recruitment data in PeopleSoft
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding hiring progress
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events (virtual and in-person)
• Generate weekly and monthly recruitment activity reports
• Support internship, residency, and fellowship recruitment programs
• Collaborate with external organizations and universities for talent sourcing

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (corporate or agency)
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
• Experience with diversity sourcing strategies preferred
