Cashier

Job Overview We are looking for a qualified and responsible Cashier to manage all transactions with our customers efficiently and accurately. A good candidate is willing to learn and operate the register. Their main responsibilities include taking orders, accepting payments, providing receipts, making sure transactions run smoothly and customers are satisfied. Responsibilities Greeting customers and welcoming them to the restaurant. Managing transactions, ensuring pricing is accurate. Accepting payments (cash, credit, check) and providing receipts. Verifying that orders and pricing are correct. Processing returns, refunds, and resolving customer complaints. Upselling and cross‑selling products when appropriate. Requesting Customer Service Surveys. Providing change and ensuring a smooth payment experience. Qualifications Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor. Guest‑focused and motivated to help and serve others. Willingness to learn and grow. Experience with POS systems and register is preferred but not required. Strong math skills.
