Responsibilities Greet patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member Manage and maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling appointments and managing medical records Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing and distributing mail, faxing documents, and ordering supplies Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and a positive patient experience Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the center's policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1 years of experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Work Environment Work in a comfortable and supportive environment with a dedicated team Be part of an organization that prioritizes employee growth and development About Us At Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab, we revolutionize care delivery with our commitment to compassionate and personalized care.
