Talent Acquisition Manager

Leading the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will drive recruiting excellence for Director-level and high-touch positions across North America while managing team performance and developing strategic recruitment initiatives. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition partners to support recruitment for hourly and salaried positions across North America Own and manage high-touch requisitions, collaborating with senior leaders to create tailored recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experiences Monitor and analyze Talent Acquisition metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure effective hiring processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience 6+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition roles 2+ years of experience managing a team of talent acquisition professionals Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with preference for SuccessFactors experience Strong analytical capabilities with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decision-making
