What's your day like?
As an Assistant Branch Manager at Community Trust Credit Union, you'll lead and inspire a talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and achieving their goals. You'll be the guiding force behind mentorship and coaching, helping your team members grow while ensuring every member has a stellar banking experience. You'll oversee daily branch operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently by hiring, training, and supporting your team to set them up for success. This role is 100% onsite.
What we're looking for in an Assistant Branch Manager
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will support multiple branch locations by combining leadership, operational support, and direct member service. In this role, you will serve as the acting Branch Manager as needed, while also performing MSR duties including memberships, account maintenance, consumer lending (excluding home equity), and IRA services. You will provide coaching support to staff, assist with daily operations, and help ensure consistent service, compliance, and strong experience across assigned branches.

Requirements for the position are:
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales and service-driven environment.
- Must have at least 1 year of credit union or banking experience.
Compensation & Benefits
This position has a base pay range of $26.43-$35.05/hour. This range represents the expected base pay range for this position. The actual pay rate may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role. This role is eligible for a sales-based incentive.

Retirement Savings

- Matching Contributions after 1000 hours of service, 21 years of age and six months of employment. You may begin your contribution on the first pay period of the calendar quarter after one full month of employment. Entry is quarterly.
- Safe Harbor contributions. CTCU provides every eligible employee a contribution of 3% of compensation. In order to participate in the employer contributions under Safe Harbor, you must be 21 years of age, have 12 months of service and work at least 1,000 hours during that 12 months. Safe Harbor funds are 100% vested and employees who have met eligibility requirements are eligible to receive the Safe Harbor contribution by completing one hour of service. Safe Harbor entry is semi-annually.
