Location:

This role will be a hybrid opportunity -with the option to work in Buhler, Wichita, Southwest KS (and remotely) with travel to office locations as needed.

Opportunity:

We are seeking a versatile, energetic, team oriented and driven Scheduling Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This team will empower IdeaTek to efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. By streamlining these critical operations, the team will play a vital role in connecting underserved communities to the internet, advancing our mission of internet freedom.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day leadership of the Scheduling and Dispatching team.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Understand operational workflows, resource allocation, and scheduling software, focusing on efficiencies
• Identify and establish appropriate communication methods for team members to have the best possible interaction with our prospects and customers.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and minimize bottlenecks.
• Balance workload distribution among team members to maintain productivity and job satisfaction.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, customer service, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of schedules.

Requirements:

Experience/Knowledge Required:

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (managing or mentoring others)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferences:

• Prior experience in telecommunications
