Legal Division - Litigation Associate

Litigation Associate
With 3-4 years of litigation experience needed in Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in our client's Washington, DC office. Ideal candidate will have experience with complex business litigations in state and federal courts, including conducting and managing document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings, conducting/defending depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions in both state and federal court. Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations, experience with trial preparation, and experience supervising junior associates and staff helpful.
