Assistant Property Manager

Viver is redefining off-campus living by professionalizing and branding detached student houses. As a real estate investment firm, Viver focuses on creating high-performing portfolios in key college markets with favorable enrollment trends. We target areas with significant off-campus supply constraints and substandard existing housing stock. Viver is solving the poor management and fragmented, amateur ownership puzzle in college campuses. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager based in Boulder, CO. Responsible for assisting in the daily operations and management of properties, charting the plan for each asset to achieve projected investment returns. We are looking for a personable, attentive and committed professional who wants to grow in the position and expand into adjacent responsibilities of new deal sourcing and interface w/ brokerage community to grow our portfolio. Additional responsibilities may involve financial reporting and marketing to attract new tenants. Qualifications or an strong interest in the following All things real estate, starting w/ property management skills including leasing and tenant relations Maintenance coordination and property inspection Financial reporting and basic accounting skills Marketing and promotional skills for tenant acquisition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus Knowledge of social media and real estate "proptech" is a huge differencial Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Viver Properties
