Provide general office and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet clients, and manage appointments.
- Perform general office tasks, including copying, faxing, and running bank deposits.
- Use QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite for recordkeeping, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized client and office records.
- Support office workflow and assist with special projects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Medium to advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
