Immigration Paralegal - USCIS (Employment, Family & Consular Processing) - Bilingual

Role Overview

This role is designed for a high-performing case manager with experience across employment-based visas, family-based petitions, and consular processing. The Case Manager will have full ownership of assigned cases, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of client service from intake through completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a broad range of immigration matters, including employment-based (PERM, I-140, NIW, I-485), family-based (I-130, K-1, AOS), and consular processing (NVC, DS-260/DS-160, I-864) cases from initiation through completion.

· Prepare, organize, and review comprehensive filing packages, including petitions, applications, supporting documentation, and strategic cover letters for attorney review.

· Coordinate with clients, employers, HR teams, and beneficiaries to gather required information, ensure timely document collection, and maintain case progress.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear guidance on eligibility, process expectations, and documentation requirements with professionalism and responsiveness.

· Monitor case progress, including tracking priority dates, visa bulletin movement, and government processing timelines to ensure timely filings and avoid delays.

· Manage consular processing cases through the National Visa Center (NVC) and embassy stages, including document collection, affidavit of support preparation, and interview readiness.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) regulations and filing requirements.

· Prepare for and respond to government correspondence, including RFEs, NOIDs, and other agency notices.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using case management systems such as Clio, ensuring proper documentation, workflow tracking, and organization.

· Perform quality control reviews on all filings prior to attorney submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance team productivity and client experience.
