What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Control access at gates, lobbies, and/or checkpoints by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing deliveries and service providers in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, coordinating with site contacts, and documenting actions taken. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Complete reports such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and access records, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal leadership and site stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
