This supervisor role requires you to supervise crews, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. You will lead by example, lead daily execution on job sites, and lead communication between crews, homeowners, and internal teams while reinforcing customer service expectations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise interior restoration, exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, gutter, soffit, fascia, and related construction projects. Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities. Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed Look for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc. Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations Daily travel in the home market Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen 1-3 Years of experience in interiors, exteriors, or gutters preferred Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season Driving: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
