Job Description Summary Provides support in configuring, implementing, and maintaining technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments. Assists in evaluating work processes, conducting feasibility reviews for small to medium projects, and troubleshooting operational issues. Contributes to creating clear specifications and documentation, while participating in test planning and execution to ensure thorough validation. Learns and applies established practices to help develop technology standards and supports resource estimation activities as part of the team. Maintains accountability by completing assigned tasks on time or promptly communicating any variances to management. Job Duties Learns and assists in identifying technical solutions for business issues and processes, while gaining understanding of integration with other systems. Supports the preparation of business work plans for analysis and testing of system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements under guidance. Completes assigned tasks on time or communicates variances promptly to management. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/GED 1 year Experience in information services or direct healthcare experience Technology implementation/upgrades experience Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience Strong oral and written communication skills EPIC Certification - Epic Systems Within 120 Days Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare Master’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare 2 years Progressive experience in Information Services, or a combination of Information Services and direct healthcare experience. Certification Testing and Projects Completion Project Management Implementation/Upgrade Support Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
